Research Standards

AUVYRON Education summarizes information from peer-reviewed publications, major clinical-trial programs, regulatory documents and established academic research. The type and strength of evidence vary by compound, and preclinical findings are clearly distinguished from human clinical data.

Tirzepatide

Primary references include the SURPASS and SURMOUNT clinical-trial programs, with major publications by Frías, Jastreboff, Aronne and collaborating investigators in The New England Journal of Medicine, The Lancet and JAMA. These studies examined glycemic control, obesity, body-weight reduction and maintenance of weight loss.

Retatrutide

Primary references include phase 2 research led by Jastreboff and colleagues in The New England Journal of Medicine, together with work by Rosenstock and collaborators in The Lancet. These studies evaluated retatrutide as a GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist in obesity and type 2 diabetes research.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Primary references include randomized human studies by Teichman and colleagues on CJC-1295 pharmacokinetics, growth-hormone secretion and IGF-1 activity, together with research by Ionescu and colleagues on preserved GH pulsatility. Ipamorelin research includes the foundational work of Raun and collaborators describing its selective growth-hormone-secretagogue activity. Direct clinical research on the combined formulation remains limited.

Tesamorelin

Primary references include randomized clinical studies by Falutz, Stanley and collaborators on visceral adipose tissue, metabolic outcomes and liver-fat changes in adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy. Regulatory information is also drawn from official FDA prescribing documentation for EGRIFTA SV.

GHK-Cu

Primary references include work by Maquart and colleagues on collagen synthesis in fibroblast cultures, together with reviews and experimental research by Pickart and collaborators on copper-peptide activity, tissue remodeling, wound healing, skin repair and extracellular-matrix regulation.

BPC-157 + TB-500

Primary references include studies by Staresinic, Cerovecki and Chang on BPC-157 in tendon, ligament and cellular-repair models. Thymosin beta-4 research includes work by Malinda, Tokura and Goldstein on wound healing, cellular migration, angiogenesis, muscle-related signaling and regenerative mechanisms. Direct clinical evidence for the BPC-157 and TB-500 combination remains limited.
